The mesh belt shot blasting machine is a highly efficient automated surface treatment device designed for cleaning and strengthening metal and non-metal parts. It is particularly suitable for thin-walled and brittle castings, such as iron castings, aluminum alloy castings, ceramics, and other small parts. Working Principle:
Workpieces are transported into the blasting chamber via a mesh belt. Inside the chamber, high-performance blast wheels propel steel shots at high speed onto the surface of the workpieces, removing scale, rust, and surface impurities. After processing, the workpieces pass through an air blow-off system to remove residual steel shots before being discharged. The entire process is highly automated and suitable for mass production.
